Conduct extensive research and performs analytical studies in support of selection and acquisition actions to support functional area requirements. Process invoice submissions according to terms of each contract to include current electronic systems when specified. Review proposals to continue, expand, or delete assets or services and recommends appropriate disposition. Plans and prepares Request for Quote (RFQ) and Request for Proposal (RFP) packages. validate Air Force Medical System (AFMS) capability gaps using JCIDS requirements
