Professional experience
Currently and for the past 8 years advanced positions from labor to foreman in local welding and erection fab shop. During my career I was able to use and get licensed in both stick and wire welders. Custom metal fabricating from idea to Auto CAD then complete project takeoff and supervise.
Formerly an employee at the general contractor of a top ten G.C.’s company. My daily activities include management, labor supervisor, project and material cost management, client and customer relations, safety and events coordinator as well as finish work and metal work applications. Use of all excavation, material handling, welder, and finish machines from operation to repair. Daily labor and subcontractor assistance. Worked as team to finish projects. Included work at Schools, government buildings, roads and bridges and aircraft.
Previously Owner and custom metal fabricator for local motorcycle and auto repairs and customizing shop. Complete custom builds of motorcycles and ground up classic car restores. Client and customer relationship skills and product advertising were daily occurrences and had over eighty seven master projects including awards at auto shows and biker build offs in the ten year business run. All office computer and licenses utilized daily.
Prior to the sale of my business, I was able to work for a private upper class residential neighborhood as their subdivision police officer sergeant. Main duties include but not limited to, hire, train, and supervise other officers at law, ethics, first aid, and police tactics. All office and field work along with patrols of the neighborhood were daily activities along with arrests and emergency response when necessary. I obtained my training from my work at the Port of Corpus Christi Police and able to work hand in hand with the force.
