A private technology firm specializing in Information Technology Business Management, worked with government, academic, and private business sector clients such as Merrill Lynch, OCWEN Financial corporations, university of Miami, Hilton to resolve complex issues, deliver improved business applications, re-structure IT functions, develop strategic plans aligning corporate goals with IT investments and services, and implement cutting edge technology solutions to improve business outcomes.
Managed multiple large projects such as E-business implementation, ERP, Enterprise EDI implementation, Building enterprise security portals for mid to large enterprise clients as an outsource company to leverage MIG’s framework and methodologies using IBM’s WebSphere, Microsoft .NET and Oracle’s applications including Oracle Hyperion Enterprise.
• Worked with the University of Miami’s CIO on the selection, design, and implementation of CRM, Oracle ERP, Oracle's Hyperion Enterprise, and SOA.
• As interim CTO, built enterprise architecture in real time satellite technology to track crude oil reseller’s orders internationally using PowerBuilder and Oracle.
• Responsible for project to create enterprise wide order tracking and loan services systems. Assisted in OTX’s successful, $28M acquisition of two software companies, generating an additional 15% in revenue over the next two years.
• Generated millions of dollars over a two-year period through building an order tracking system that combined three in-house applications into one system using SOA technology with and Oracle's Hyperion Enterprise.
Ocwen Financial Corporation - October 1995-December 1999 - West Palm Beach, Florida

Directed corporate IT operations for this 8 billion dollar financial software company.
• Managed staff of 92 programmers, managers and directors, external vendors, and contractors.
• Implemented two ERP commercial financial applications (Loan Servicing System and Loan Origination System) with Call Center using I.M.A. Ensured that these systems were compliant with individual state regulations.
• Integrated corporate software company acquisitions into overall IT structure with complete EC/EDI and Internet support for outside trading partners.
• Migrated all the applications toward N-Tier archtecture that includes a high-end trasaction server using Jaguar, Tuxedo and Silverstream across all corporate entities.
• Facilitated OCWEN’s $550M acquisition of an international financial corporation, bringing significant revenue and international exposure to the company.
• Slashed OCWEN’s annual budget from $32M to $25M after 16 months with the company.

• Saved Merrill Lynch $9M annually by redesigning a loan origination system, keeping the data at the same structure and providing the user with a new application interface.

Managed a team of developers in client/server application design in PowerBuilder and Magic-PC, using Watcom SQL and Oracle databases. Designed applications for voice-based systems, imaging, security systems, scheduling, sales systems, and hotel reservations.
