Description: The project named "Name of the project (Web Based Payroll management system)" is done for the company named “PUDUCHERRY DISTILLERIES LIMITED” a manufacturing company located at Ariyapalayam, Villianur, Puducherry. This project ensures employees salary Planning, leave calculation, epf calculation etc., to work efficiently through Our Browser based application software with proper planning.
During salary processing of every month leave details,epf,da,hra and loan and advace is calculeted based on the basic salary.
The project work is done systematically to overcome the difficulties in the existing manual system. Paybill,payslip, Monthlyand yearly report helps to analyse the employees grade.
In order to overcome the loss in the manual system, an automation tool (Web Based payroll management system) was created which manages the entire manual process and increase the turnover & profit of the company.
