Engineering Manager, Technical Services (2010 – Present)
Leading two corporate project management groups of over 20 employees and full-time contractors located in Breinigsville, PA and Houston, TX. Each office is made up of project managers & senior level engineers. Both offices provide engineering management, project management, construction management, and business development for the company’s pipeline, marine terminal, and truck terminal facilities.
Developed and conducted training curriculum for project managers and technical field staff. Leading a team to identify the project management processes and tools required to increase the project execution maturity from Level 2 (defined approach) to Level 3 (consistent execution).
Pipeline Customer Service Manager (2009 – 2010)
Primarily responsible for managing pipeline customer service needs relating to pipeline product scheduling and quality control. This includes ensuring positive customer relations by frequent interactions between customers and Buckeye personnel.
Secondary responsibility is the supervision of a ten-person pipeline scheduling team in order to optimize resource utilization, as well as, managing work, vacation and holiday schedules, yearly budget, scheduler training, and performance evaluations.
Sr. Project Manager / Lead Terminal Engineer (2007 – 2009)
Provided engineering management and project management support for company owned truck terminal facilities. Responsibilities included reviewing engineering design, mentoring junior engineers & managing outside consultants, and creating recommended standards truck terminal facilities. Created and implemented a training and continuing education program for truck terminal instrumentation and control equipment for the company’s terminal operators and technicians. Managed high profile capital improvement and operating infrastructure projects in excess of two million dollars.
Project Manager (2005 –2007)
Leads project teams for capital improvement projects for company owned petroleum pipeline and truck terminal facilities. Overall responsibility for all parts of the technical and socio-cultural dimensions of the project management process including planning, schedules, resource allocation, reports, leadership, teamwork, problem solving, and executive management’s expectations.

Provided engineering support for infrastructure improvements on company owned facilities.
