Supervise second shift employees. Provide work assignment, review work orders, and establish priorities.

Quality Control inspections; UL Codes compliance, workmanship, and overall product finished fabrication.

Develop and monitor quality measures.

Provide training to employees and evaluate performance.

Assign work orders to fabrication, electrical and letter departments, interpret blueprints, troubleshoot problems.

Engage in welding operations, fabrication, electrical wiring and final assembly of complex, illuminated signs.
