Linked all 15 locations to an AS400 system for all Student and Business services. Converted to Region X services in April 1993.

I designed a sales training database using HyperCard to track visitors and test peoples knowledge of the Apple Computer (Apple Macintosh Plus) and the knowledge gained at the Ramsey’s Exhibit in Dallas. The complete network package tested student mouse skills and training needs to logon to a network. Graphics were use with very few words. Over six hundred thousand people went through the 30 station computer lab over twelve months.

I also provided dealer analyst and support for 26 dealers in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and New Mexico. In 1990, redesign the dealer program to be three dealerships in Texas and two in each other state to improve profits and product delivery. The Apple Region exceeded it’s quota each quarter after the redesign for the next four years..
