o Centralization included compliance, relocation, college recruitment and programs and policies related to recruitment. Lead a team of seven recruiters. Built a tracking tool in Lotus Notes to manage key measurement data such as cost per hire and time to fill.

o Core team member to select a new HRIS system for DataCard. Worked closely with Watson Wyatt as a partner in the selection process.
