KENNEDY LILLIS SCHMIDT & ENGLISH:

• Chrysler v. Royal Insurance Co.: This was multi-million dollar insurance and breach of contract action, which involved 70 depositions in three countries, generated 1,000 exhibits, and 13,000 electronically stored documents. I was the sole paralegal for this action.

• Developers Diverisifed v. Tokio Marine: This was a multi-million dollar federal subrogation and construction action in Federal Court Tennessee. I was responsible for document control including 125 exhibits, answering discovery and attending depositions.

• NYCHRR v. American Warehousing: This was a seven figure admiralty defense. I assisted with the handling of this action, which included answering / propounding discovery; extensive contact with opposing counsel and experts; and preparing the partner for fact and expert depositions.

• Liberty Mutual v. HERA: This was a multi-million dollar construction, products liability and negligence action in Federal Court Miami. After 35 depositions, I attended trial with the partner.

• Microsoft v. Plaza: This was a multi-million dollar breach of contract, construction, negligence and products liability loss in Federal Court New York. I handled the day-to-day prosecution of this action, which involved answering and propounding discovery, preparing the attorneys for 30 depositions, and control of approximately 10,000 documents including 306 exhibits.

• Codan v. Bay Machinery, et al.: This was a million dollar Carmack loss action in Federal Court Arkansas. I attended trial with the partner and obtained a favorable verdict.

• Personal Injury Defense Lawsuits: I handled personal injury defense claims in Federal and State Courts in New York, New Jersey and Florida from answering the complaint to pre-trial orders and notes of issues.

• In Re: Oilmar: This was a tanker defense case which I attended trial with the partner in Federal Court in Atlanta, GA.

KREINDLER & KREINDLER:

Ruby v. Budget: I assisted with trial preparation and attended trial for this action, which resulted

in a multi-million dollar recovery including a record setting amount for pain and suffering.

• In re: Snyder: This was a wrongful death, and products liability action against an airplane manufacturer, which went to trial in Massachusetts State Court. I assisted with obtaining a multi-million dollar verdict.

• Singapore Airlines Actions: These cases involved negligence claims of seven plaintiffs who suffered horrific injuries in a plane crash. I prepared damage brochures and assisted in settling these claims for a combined multi-million dollar recovery.

• September 11th Victim Compensation Fund Applications: I prepared 20 applications, which included damage brochures for submission to the Victim Compensation Fund with a total multi-million dollar recovery.
