Preparation of man hours , design estimates and creating piping planning drawings, isometric sketches, detailed drawings & material take-off (MTO) and procurement, preparation of as-built drawings.

Keeping a close check of piping plans, isometrics, vendor drawings of mechanical equipment, platforms, ladder, electrical tray and other structures that may interface or obstruct piping layout.

Techno Commercial Operations

Procuring Sub-contracts and settling Sub-contractors accounts, scrutinising contract/ tender documents for reviewing technical specifications, estimates and review of tenders.

Since May’07 Project Head- AL Hajiry LLC, Muscat, Oman

For the past 5 years working in Muscat, Oman as Project Head to assist the client to interface with the various consultants in executing various projects for oil and gas sector mainly for PDO , Oxy ,Oman Gas company, Refineries and other oil exploration companies.

Responsible for all deliverables from the client side including bidding for turn key projects. Site visit for data collection , preparation of estimate, floating enquiries and evaluation of quotation, placement of order etc.

Played a stellar role in forming a consortium with Indian Oil Tanking and submitted bid for Amin Water Injection Project & Gas Sweetening Plant both for PDO.

Successfully worked in close coordination with various consultants such as Tebodin & Partners-Muscat, Worley Parsons-Muscat, Mott Mac Donald-Muscat, Kowi Larsen,Velosi etc..

Project Management in the field of tankages, piping, pr. Vessels etc..

Fabrication, supply and installation of 6 nos KO drums as per ASME Sec VIII Div –I with U stamping. This is 3.5 m dia and 13.5 m long vessels fabricated under the close supervision of AI. The vessels were installed at Mukhaizna, which is an exploration site of OXY. Consultant Worley parson.

Modification of piping manifold for Sohar Refinery.

Fabrication and supply of 30 “ dia 500 m long API 5L piping for STFA for PDO job. Root TIG and then hot pass and capping with SMAW

Fabrication, supply and erection and commissioning of 3nos storage tanks for Oxy at Mukhaizna site,

Fabrication and supply of two mobile vent stack for OGC (Oman Gas Company) as per ASME Sec VIII Div –I. Consultant M/S Tebodin & Partner. A site visit to Fahud , a desert, was carried out along with consultants for data collection.

Fabrication and supply of air receivers for OXY (as per ASME Sec VIII Div--I), Consultant M/S Tebodin & Partner. These are U stamped vessels

12 KM long Drinking Water Cross Country Piping for Kerala Water Authority.

• Specifications: Pipe size ranging from 600 to 1200 mm dia. and total length of 12 km; inside cement lined and outside gunited.

• Scope: The project involved the preparation of tender documents, floating of enquiries, evaluation, procurement of Spirally Welded Pipes (about 2600 tones), Cement (about 1900 tonnes), etc. It also involved setting up of Cement Lining facilities including construction of Curing Pond, transportation of Lined Pipes to Site, Earth Work Excavation, Laying, Welding, Testing & Commissioning.

Replacement of GRP Pipeline for Kerala Water Authority.

• Scope: The project involved the replacement of faulty discharge line (1200 mm dia) supplying Drinking Water to entire Cochin. This project was well executed on emergency basis and won appreciation from experts and media was all praise for the excellent fast track work.

Fire Hydrant Piping for Ammonia Plant.

• Scope: The project aimed at procurement, playing and commissioning of 250 NB Piping mains all around the plant as per the design & detailed engineering by Piping Dept. of FEDO.

Fire Hydrant Piping for ONGC, Uran.

• Scope: The project involved providing an additional loop to the existing facility for expansion at ONGC, Uran. It also involved the procurement, laying and commissioning of 250 NB Piping mains all around the plant as per the design and detailed engineering by Piping Dept. of FEDO.

Naphtha Pumping Mains:

• Scope: The project involved the procurement, laying and commissioning of Naphtha Pumping mains from IOC (Indian Oil Corporation) to FACT (20 km long, 300NB).

Furnace Oil Pumping Line.

• Scope: The project aimed at procurement, laying and commissioning of Furnace Oil Pumping Line within FACT. This was a 3 Kilometer long piping with steam tracing.
