• Project Leader on the launch of a national program for the new account installation process. Develop an automated method to reduce the new account implementation time, reduce errors, provide communication on the status of all new installations, and engineer a tool to measure each step of the process. This project involved creating a standardized method, by leading a national cross-functional team, for all Aramark facilities to launch new accounts. Web based software was then engineered to track and measure each step of the installation process. The national rollout of this project included the training of all employees, which had responsibility for any step of an installation. This project reduced the national average for installation from 30 working days to 10 working days. This has resulted in annual savings of $11M, and a dramatic spike in the Customer Satisfaction Index.
• Project Manager for the installation of the largest account within Aramark. Determined methods, layouts, resources, and materials.
• Set up a facility to replace a market center destroyed by a fire in Mobile Alabama.
• Project Manager for the Southern Group to install a stockroom management system.
• Enforce adherence to Aramark standard processes for the supply of merchandise. Visit each facility within the Southern Group to audit processes, report any need for improvement, and train individuals to follow the standard process.
