Currently working with Future Lighting (Future Group) Zonal Executive-North India based in Gurgaon since Jan.2011.
Handling Home Electricals category (CFL & Accessories) all internal format of Future
Group like Big Bazaar, Food Bazaar,Home Town,KB Fair price,E zone and Aadhaar
across North India.
Key Responsibilities:-
Category Activation: Implementation of planogram in stores, Placement of products in the agreed assortment, Maintenance of stocks at agreed levels of display.
Stocks: Track store level/article wise stocks every day, and take necessary actions for replenishment, WareHouse Coordination.
Promotion: Activate and manage the promotional events in stipulated stores and ensure the result expected Merchandising, Ensure availability of all the SKUs, ensure display as planned, check brand promoter visits, ensure implementation of VM and signage.
Data analysis: Maintain day to day data and does the analysis for each SKU/Store on sales plan achievement/stock availabity/Market trends etc.
Zonal coordination: Co-ordinate with zonal heads other categories to activate the promotional plans, Co-ordination with HO Co-ordinate with Cat Manager, SAP team, Logistics team, commercial team to ensure better functioning.
Front End Training: Train front end staff during each visit on Product/Usage /offers/Unique Sales Prpositions, display, signages, VM etc.
Competition info: To keep a close track of competition data across different formats.
Sales Target: Achieve weekly/monthly/Sku wise/Store wise sales target
Category Meetings: Conduct meetings with concerned Front end DMs/ASMs to ensure smooth functioning and to push for better focus and sales
Worked with Rasna Pvt. Ltd. as Territory Sales Manager(Modern Trade) Delhi since Nov.2009 to Jan.2011.
Handling key accounts like Spencer’s, Big bazaar, Reliance, Big Apple etc.
