Customer – CISCO Legal Export Compliance
Project Description: Cisco orders which contain encrypted products and are to be shipped outside their country of origin should go through Export Compliance Check. This is to ensure that such products are not shipped to customers who should not receive them per US export laws. "Trade Collaborator" is a third-party software application, used for Export Compliance Check in Cisco world.
This application is maintained by the GET (Global Export Trade) team and the application manages government-maintained lists of "denied parties" and embargoed countries. It assures Cisco's compliance with US export laws and that proper licensing documentation is issued. This software was integrated with ERP during the Ruby launch to automate the screening, hold and release process for export orders.
There are various boundary systems in Cisco which are closely integrated with Trade Collaborator (TC)
Project Role: Production Problem Support
Responsibilities:
• Production Problem Support:
o Solving the tickets raised by customers through Remedy tool
o Creating schema objects indexes,synonyms,Constraints,cursors.
o Performing weekly and monthly end Activities.

Customer - AIR INDIA E-Ticketing
Project Description: The project involves implementation of comprehensive E-ticketing solution for Air India. The key features of the project include interfacing with Global Distribution Systems chiefly AMADEUS, SABRE & WORLDSPAN,interface between DCS and other Airline and system up-gradation through INTER-LINING with partner airlines, Interface with SITA HTH for SITA fare price and Interface with GHA systems for e-ticketing. The Establishment of E-ticketing at AI allow automating reservations, ticketing, aiport servicing and Billing settlement Procedures.
The booking can be done at ATO/CTO offices or by AGENTS.ATO/CTO offices directly connected to AI system. Whenever a booking is done on Air India by the AGENT connected to a GDS, request and response messages in the form of EDIFACT are transferred between AIR INDIA and the GDS.
