Features of project: The component for which tool is designed is oil pump body. This component going to be used in four wheeler truck. The main function of component is to pump a oil to engine. The tool is designed for single cavity with 2-side cores actuated by the finger cams.

Features of project: The main objective of this project is to design and fabricate the fixture for machining the components of BEML HAULPACK-50M rear dump truck the fixtures are designed and fabricated mainly for performing boring operations. This is carried on a boring machine for the component of body BH-50M rear dump truck. BH-50M is a 50 metric ton Capacity dump truck. Was made by Bharath earthmovers ltd. This is gong to use in mining & construction works

I had undergone one year (09/2002-07/2003) in plant training at GTTC service centre Bangalore and during this period I worked on single cavity pressure die-casting tool for oil Pump body. 16 cavity injection mould for PRAGNA industries, Compound tool for HAL Bangalore 2 cavity injection mould for IJL & TGKL limited, pressure die-casting tools for autolec industries Chennai,

Contract engineer at DRDO Hyderabad. For a period of 6 months during this period myself engaged in preparation of production drawings, and production activities (11/2002-04/2003)

Plant Maintenance engineer at Multistreem greens pvt ltd harihar
