USPS Supervisor, Customer Service

My present position is Supervisor, Customer Service for the United States Postal Service in Brooklyn NY. I supervise 95 craft employees and work along with 4 additional Management staff. We ensure customer satisfaction through efficient and productive work methods. I have been employeed by the USPS for 15 years. For the past 12 years I have served in various management postions throughout Brooklyn.
