Senior level construction project manager. Responsible for the planning, management, and execution of construction projects ranging from minor tenant improvements and systems equipment replacement, to historic building renovation, and complete ground-up construction. More than 200 construction projects completed in county-owned facilities. Types of projects completed include; office/commercial/industrial space, public infrastructure/technology upgrades, telecommunications and public service, healthcare/hospital, local and federal courts, and jail/detention facilities construction or improvements. Created and managed project budgets, including the value engineering process to meet budgetary constraints.
