Versed in legal and regulatory framework governing financial institutions and the technology industry. • Summer Associate – worked closely with six attorneys in this general practice firm with a focus on construction law. Provided legal research and analysis, drafted and participated extensively in discovery, motions, client interaction, contract review and drafting regarding construction, employment, environmental issues, lien and bond law.
