Selected Accomplishments:

• Designed highly profitable branding and promotional programs for Fortune 500 companies including PepsiCo companies, Miller Brewing, McDonald’s, Walgreens, and 7-Eleven.

• Designed and executed a highly profitable local marketing ‘first’ for the Dallas Morning News with the creation of the (TMC) The Neighborhood Shopper Ad Supplement Program to displace the then current market leader ADVO.

• Created, designed and executed the positioning of a niche consumer goods company as a retail expert within a certain demographic segment. This “branding” translated to a category distribution in all retail channels, sales leadership and a revenue increase of over 280% over three years.

• Created and developed an incremental new business base in a non-traditional retail channel market leader through an exclusive private label jewelry line. This exclusive retail relationship with the 5,000 store chain had a $10MM sales forecast in the first year.

Identified an immediate need to dilute the dependency on too few customers. Put in place a channel and category incentive program to grow both physical and effective distribution while anchoring the retailer partner’s business with an initial promotional campaign.

• Extended product mix, opened a new category and doubled sales against plan with the addition of a Swarovski crystal line exclusively for Walgreen’s. New product line entry grew business base while opening new retail channels (drug, mass merchandisers).

• Merged in 2000 with Wash Depot chain out of MA to create largest full-service chain in U.S. under the Simoniz brand.

Designer/manufacturer of school supplies, crafts and party favors for girls ages 6-12.

Leveraged the existing equity of the brand with its target market by sharing the power of kids influence over retail purchases. This insightful reality took retail management by surprise and gave our brand “carte blanche” in our categories of distribution.

• Underwrote proprietary retail study “Kids Interaction at Retail” presented to all major retailers. First study of its kind from perspective of kid consumers.

• Retail reaction to Lisa Frank positioning as “kid experts” resulted in exponential growth in physical and effective SKU distribution resulting in a 284% increase in sales over a 3 year period (from $26-100MM)
