Responsibilities consisted of overseeing 40 plus man crew. Crews consisted of roof trusses, fascia, sheathers, furring and punch out carpenters. Duties included daily passing of roof tie down inspections, sheathing inspections and office duties such as scheduling inspections, payroll, employee evaluations and injury reports. Two years later, I was promoted to Middle Phase Supervisor’s Assistant. Prior to daily inspections. It was my responsibility to make sure all trades had completed their work properly in that unit to keep up with the two unit’s a day schedule. At the end of my employment prior to layoffs, I moved to Gutter Crew where my responsibilities included installing gutters, aluminum pool rails, porch rails and screen lanais.
