Description Working as L1 and L2 Clariion Storage/ Backup Administrator. A new initiative from EMC – Managing Data warehouse, Reporting, Trouble shooting, SAN Monitoring. The project involves L1 and L2 process which include EMC Clariion SAN Storage Administration.
Worked with EMC – SAN (Clariion) and as an SSE (Storage Service Engineer) which involves troubleshooting various problems related to Storage Area networks, interacting with customers and vendors across the world and working with them to fix faults within the service level agreement with EMC .
My job also includes trouble shooting Dial Homes received from Clariion.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Troubleshooting & Analysis on the dail home on CLARIION And CELERRA (NAS integrated) Storage device
• Analyzing the Logs and performance issues on the Stoarge Array and providing recommendations
• Experience in Implementation, Administration and Troubleshooting on SAN (Storage Area Network) Technologies for EMC Clariion Series regarding Replication manager, Navisphere Manager, Snap View, SAN Copy, Mirror View.
• Providing L0 and L1 Support to the client for their Data Centers.
• Technical support and management of EMC SAN storage Boxes for EMC clients.
• Used EMC Powerlink knowledgebase and primus for problem resolution.
• Escalation management, conducting conference calls with the clients and technical documentation.
• Trainer for the team – responsible to train the team with the new activities and also the new joiners.
• Manage the shifts as a Shift Lead. (In the absence of Shift Lead I am the next acting SL on the floor.)

• Dial Home troubleshooting, Collecting SP Collects, Analyze logs and Run Test Dial Homes.
