• Accounts Payables: prepared suppliers’ credit applications, processed payments considering payment terms, communicating with vendors & subcontractors and met work requirements.

• Accounts Receivables: follow-up with clients for outstanding balances, update balances on weekly basis whenever payments received

• Human Resources: responsible & handled employees requirements, new employees, and status changes

• Payroll: processed bi-weekly payroll for employees, union laborers on weekly basis with consideration of the union rates
