Created 3-D Math Data for Interior Garnish Trim components for all GMNA Car and Truck programs. Created & detailed Interior Criteria sections for design studio showing all dimensional data with sheet metal, acoustics and “A/B” surfaces. Engineering Changes: A/B/C pillar ribs, doghouses, bosses, clips. Acoustics: I.P., headliner, doors, hood, rear shelf, trunk, pull handle & structure, relocated headliner lighting & roof support attachment structures, rear quarter door panel. Support Design Release Engineers for all GMNA programs, facilitated design reviews for all related GMNA programs, update “Best practices” manual as needed. Utilize Team Center B.O.M. for new and revised designs.
