QUALITY ASSURANCE MATERIALS PROCESSING INCLUDES:
Batch Lab - Conducting physical property testing on uncured rubber utilizing rheometers, and viscometers before releasing compounds to downstream operations.
Chemical Lab - Operate the dispergrader checking carbon black dispersion in compounds; Perform ash testing with microwave muffle furnace; Examine bacteria slides from cooling water tank; Test pH of incoming oils and percent solids for the release of raw materials used in the manufacture of tires, such as: elastomers, carbon black, antioxidants, sulfur, accelerators, oils, activators and processing aids, used in rubber compounds.
Textile Lab - Procure samples from both, textile and metallic, calendars and conduct the required tests including adhesion, square yard weight, tack, and appearance to insure materials meet specification before release to downstream operations.
QA Auditor - Conduct control audits in receiving, mixing, extrusion, calendaring, bead making, wire cutting, tire building and curing to insure that the production departments are following their Control Plan and procedures; Assist in industrialization and quality improvement. Our prime directive is to protect the customer internally and externally.
Creel Calendar Verifier - Inspect, identify and record location and type of anomaly occurring on metallic tissue as it is being produced in order for customers to remove any non-conformity during the processing of tissue at the wire cutter.
Crown Control - Perform the required cured or dynamic testing of material properties including: Modulus / Tensile / Elongation of compound / Adhesion testing on fabric and metallic tissue.
