Managing scope, schedule and cost of Project Green and On Demand Workplace Programs / Portfolios. Participated in organization process improvement groups and facilitated multiple teams as Agile team coach. Aligned information security with corporate governance by managing security program, risk and incident response.
• Leading Project Green, a major Infrastructure Consolidation project, with cost savings target of $20M; responsible for infrastructure locations in Poughkeepsie and Atlanta. Handled complex negotiations with project teams, qualified servers to send migration work load for virtualization or decommission of servers.
• Managed On Demand Workplace (ODW), IBM Intranet, for 350K+ employees. In this Web application project, defined, published, and enforced policy regarding deployment and testing procedures.
