In order to continue building up my career, to apply as a Restaurant Manager, using my hotelery experience and managerial developed skills.

2004-2011 Princess Cruises
Restaurant Manager and Room Service Manager
Managed and supervised restaurants on board of several Princess Cruises ships, in order to fulfil all guest requests regarding food, beverages: wine and cocktails, and all special orders during breakfast, lunch, dinner, tea time, day and midnight buffets and special events parties.
Reported directly to Food & Bevarage Director.
Daily interacted with passangers regarding reservations inquires for dinner in all ship restaurants: traditional seating, any time dinning choice and specialty restaurants.
Supervised reservations flow data from the main office to ships computer system using PCon Program for all anytime dinning restaurants and the special italian Sabatini Trattoria, using Microsoft Excell for The Steak House and BluVista for the traditional dinning restaurant.
Organized and scheduled the service stations and the service activity program of 60 - 100 waiters and junior waiters daily, in order to provide excellent service to the guests following Princess Cruises standards and United States Public Health guidelines.
