Professional Overview
Out of all my various retail management positions I've acquired the knowledge of Telecommunications & Data Entry. Many times in the retail & telecommunications business, the computer became my best friend! I would also mention out of about 5 years of management experience, 5 years of Data Entry experience came along with the territory. I also have over 4 years of telecommunications experience, so I’m more than positive I can achieve any goals required & make a good fit for your company.

Work Experience
3rd Person Drug Manager
February 1999 to April 2001
Smitty's– Waynesville, MO
Open store preparing tills via computer, count tills, drop deposits which also was done on the store computer, scheduling based upon labor quotas, inventory through store computer, order merchandise through store computer as well as balance night safe consisting of $80,000 plus, etc.
Backroom Supervisor
September 2001 to November 2002
Target – St. Louis, MO
I was in charge of organizing the backroom with 5 employees under me to get this job accomplished. Everything sold registered via computer, so any information necessary, I used the computer for. For instance, if the system had data stating we had inventory of something we didn't actually have, it was my job to go into the system & delete the merchandise that wasn't there. Grant it, this job didn't require as much computer use as Smitty's sinc was the Backroom manager, but for that job, Data Entry was necessary!
Sales Agent
May 2004 to July 2005
Platinum Benefit Group – Clearwater, FL
I began as an opener which involved taking down customer's information over the phone & entering it into our data base. Name, residence, credit card info., purchase numbers, check info., bank data & telephone numbers were all a part of the Data processing necessary to complete our required task. From opener, I then became a closer & from closer they moved me to an even higher position as the Salesfloor Lead!

I am very computer literate & oriented, I have my own Toshiba laptop at home in which I get much practice from during my free time. Data Collection, Data Entry, Emails, Internet Research & Multi-Tasking are all just a part of what I already know & am confident of my ability to do my job as well as possible. I'm the type of person who would rather finish my work than take a lunch break. Just for additional purposes, I feel compelled to mention back when I was in High School, I was the type of kid to finish my work during school, so I could enjoy the rest of the day to myself knowing my work was already complete! Therefore, what I am trying to explain is I would get my work finished Early & asking for more. I feel Telecommunications & Data Entry would be easy & right up my alley in accordance with my accidental Car Crash court settlement case narrowing my work from manual to mental due to back issues, so at this juncture of my case my chiropractor advises for me not to lift anything that could make my back worse in which wouldn't be good for the defense doctor examining my back shouting every excuse in the book, so to sit at a cubical getting work done & figuring solutions at the same time would be very substantial for me & your company. I was working for Encore Payment Systems where within just one month of being there I already lead my team in sales two different weeks. My sales to appointment ratio was about 40% leading the entire call center, but that’s just a little about my ability to adapt & be as efficient as possible in anything I do. I am positive I will benefit your company!
