• Managed the subdivision section which included processing subdivision, lot of record, replat, lot consolidation and zero lot line applications. Tasks regarding these applications included the scheduling of, management of and participation in community and internal meetings, site plan review and assessment, development of code sections and revisions to manage the processes, code interpretation, community and internal coorespondence on status of proposals, analysis and problem solving.
• Other tasks included staffing of the zoning desk two times a week for a total of 8 hours; providing an additional customer service function pertaining to the zoning, variance, special administrative permit and special use permit processes.
• Also involved in coordinating address assessments with the Bureau of Buildings, attending the monthly Neighborhood Planning Meeting (NPU P), discussing planning projects and interpreting development impacts with the Mayor's Office, the Commissoners Office and/or members of City Council as needed.
