Leading manufacturer of baseball pitching machines, water distillers, parts, and accessories across 2 distinct business entities.

Plant Manager/Vice President of Operations (1998–2011)

Led team of plant operations and administrative professionals in all aspects of business operations. Crafted and executed strategies to increase revenue and control costs. Directed manufacturing, supply chain, warehousing, inventory management, logistics, and distribution function. Coordinated vendor sourcing and selection, materials planning, and purchasing. Negotiated and administered supply and distribution partner contracts. Established and maintained client relations. Hired as Design Engineer to lead design and testing of commercial water distillers with 200-gallon+ daily water distillation capacity. Earned successive promotions to Plant Manager and Supply Chain Manager before advancing to General Manager in 1992. Oversaw production, fabrication, assembly, packaging, machine shop, and welding and paint shop operations for both companies, Master Pitching Machine and Durastill subsidiary.
