Sr. Maintenance Technician

Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of all plant machinery. Including but not limited to daily Pm’s and inspection and rebuilding of components. Perform electrical and hydraulic work as needed. Perform repair and maintenance of nitrogen and steam lines, as well as boilers. Repair photo eye sensor, proximity switches, pipe fitting, vacuum and oil pumps, and circulation blowers. Familiar with trouble shooting PLCs. Replacement of water pumps, motors, bearings, gears, hoses, water filters. Servicing chemicals such as Sulfuric acid, spindle, non detergent and Hydraulic oils. Repair and maintenance of Acid Scrubber and Abator (Catalyst). Responsible for Equipment calibrations. General repair and servicing of forklifts. Basic HVAC Maintenance and experience with MP2 system and L.O.T.O. Basic repair of office building lighting, plumbing, dry walling, framing and flooring. Also familiar with GMP’s and SOP’s.Responsible for training and supervising new Maintenance technicians.
