Executive Assistant
My role is to support the President and Executive Director of the Foundation and assist her in finding, fielding and assisting applicants that apply for grant. The Foundation is a 501c3, private organization that grants money to other non-profit institutions. I research potential applicants, compose grant records for the Board to review and verify budgets and application requirements for our applicants and President. Attention to detail, organizational skills and writing are essential to my job. I perform all assistant duties including managing of an Outlook calendar, arranging travel, organizing Board meetings, drafting correspondence, maintaining an intricate filing system, and assisting in all grant related duties involving the Foundation.

Treasury Management Sales Analyst
Supported a Business Development Officer covering Nevada and Utah. Responsible for finding and developing new business leads, researching prospects, tracking relationship development and helping to create business plans with the BDO. Performed all administrative tasks such as organizing meetings, arranging travel, managing calendar and expenses.
My position was eliminated when Bank of America re-organized their Treasury Management division in November 2007.

Executive Assistant
Responsible for supporting the Executive Officer and two Vice Presidents for the Sierra Nevada/Tahoe Market. Managed calendar, wrote correspondence, arranged travel, performed human resource functions when hiring/promoting/firing employees, managed expenses. I took all customer complaints that were escalated to our Executive Officer, helped to solve issues and find resolution. Assisted my team with analyzing and communicating report data to the market in order to achieve quarterly sales goals.
I earned the highest annual payout bonus available for my job position for 3 consecutive years, based on performance.

Teller Coordinator
Responsible for managing a teller team of 6 people and all aspects of teller operations, teller coaching, customer problem resolution and running all transactions at the teller window, as well as opening/closing accounts. Managed daily teller operations such as opening/closing of the center, vault balancing and audit preparations.
I began as a teller and was promoted after 6 months to a Teller Coordinator where I was being trained to become manager of a banking center.
