• Hawthorne Real Estate, LLC., Plant City, FL- present-1996
• Real Estate Owner/Developer/sales and leasing- Our company was a significant contributor to the rebirth and the revitalization of over 100,000 sq ft of commercial real estate in the Plant City historic downtown district. Through astute buying, designing, planning, and negotiating, a total of thirteen buildings (approximately 50% percent of the downtown district).
