• Managing a crew of 15 to 25 employees to make sure the following tasks are performed on daily basis:

• Product is picked from assigned locations and orders are picked in the right order.

All the merchandise is checked and cleaned properly before it’s loaded on the truck.

• Ensure that everything has been loaded and secured properly before the end of the shift.

• Assisting and training employees on any new implemented procedures to maximize efficiency.

• Maintaining a 92,000 square foot warehouse to ensure cleanliness and neatness.

• Creating and calibrating on reports to track individual performance on picking, packing and loading.
