Provided first and third party collection services to many Fortune 500 companies across the US in industries including financial, telecom, auto loans, student loans, and education.
Chief Technology Officer (2002-March 2011)
As a core member of the senior executive team, provide comprehensive technology leadership with the goal of increasing functionality, improving efficiency and reducing overall operational costs. Direct activities of a staff comprised of 10 FTE, one outsourced and three offshore positions, with responsibility for interviewing and hiring all IT personnel. Manage a yearly budget of $1.1M, and distribute monthly bonuses according to individual goal achievements on various projects.
Oversee all IT purchases and contracts. Develop and manage relationships with third-party providers, network and server specialists, and offshore developers. Directed a team of 15 Technology Consultants engaged in end-to-end client support for key enterprise management system (Unicenter TNG), which manages network monitoring, mission-critical processes, database, email and Internet performance (both NT and Unix systems). Interviewed and hired technical professionals for the entire development department and performed evaluations and annual reviews. Ensured the prompt and accurate resolution of problems ranging from user error to bugs.

Support Technician / QA Technician/Programmer – CA Unicenter for Unix (1995-1998)
