Testing all microbial products, raw material products, all industrial used water testing such as PH checking.

All test related t environment monitoring by keeping petri plates open different places in the laboratory. Checking results.

Collections of samples from different regions of Maharashtra state, western part of the Maharashtra in India and also from surroundings of the Pune University in rainy season and its identification, storage and its maintenance.

Isolation and identification of collected samples of mushrooms.

Collection of pathogenic bacterial samples from the ICU patients surrounding Pune region. Isolation, Identification and characterization of each pathogen, its preservation and maintenance.

Check antimicrobial activity of pathogens against various standard antibiotics. Update MIC of each pathogen against antibiotics. Also check the antimicrobial activity of pathogens against collected Phellinus mushroom samples. And check MIC of bacteria against the mushroom .Depending on MIC, selection of mushroom samples for the further work such as extraction and purification of the compound.
