Sheet Metal Assembler, Hawker Beechcraft, Salina KS08/2008 to 05/2009
Using various tools I performed assembly and clean up on the heavy horizontal for the King Air model aircraft.
Performed layout for the panels, prepped wiring harnesses, and actuators.
Performed drilling, countersinking, reaming close tolerance holes, riveting using rivet gun and bucking bar, installed rivets using c-squeeze, and pull fastners, grinding, shearing, dimpling, applied nut plates, fabricated beacon doors and access doors, installed actuators with proper torque, installed gaskets, applied de-icer boots.
I repaired sqwaks to engineer specifications using bondo and or epoxy.
I Used sealer to cover pull fasteners.

Using handheld scanner I issued tools and supplies to employees and cycle counted
I shipped and received tools and supplies from and to other tool cribs throughout the United States and Mexico

I located proper positioning per print for standoffs, drilled, and riveted in place.
