Using various tools I performed assembly and clean up on the heavy horizontal for the King Air model aircraft.
Performed layout for the panels, prepped wiring harnesses, and actuators.
Performed drilling, countersinking, reaming close tolerance holes, riveting using rivet gun and bucking bar, installed rivets using c-squeeze, and pull fastners, grinding, shearing, dimpling, applied nut plates, fabricated beacon doors and access doors, installed actuators with proper torque, installed gaskets, applied de-icer boots.
I repaired sqwaks to engineer specifications using bondo and or epoxy.
I Used sealer to cover pull fasteners.
