Man Power Planning & Recruitment Management:
Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements.
Responsible for End-to-End recruitment, starting from collecting and analyzing the requirements till conducting HR Interviews, Salary Negotiation and doing required joining formalities for internal and external requirement of the company both for IT and Non-IT.
Identifying prospective candidates from internal database, sourcing profiles through job portals (Naukri & Monster), internal reference, Networking, advertisement, job posting and consultants. Conducting large-scale recruitment activities involving searching, filtering, short listing of resumes and scheduling interviews.
Conduct initial short listing of the candidate by evaluating through telephonic interview for skills, communication, stability, confidence, suitability to the project and fitment to the company.

Induction Process:
a. Issue Offer Letter.
b. Verifying educational certificates, employment testimonials, etc.
c. Inducting and orientation of new employees, making them aware of the company’s background, Rules. Policies & Procedures.
d. Responsible for completion of all the joining formalities of the candidate. It involves ensuring the completion of joining formalities. It also includes giving them a presentation on company orientation and basic office information.
