Summary

Geologist, with more than 25 years of experience in the oil industry, worked for PDVSA S.A., mainly in the Eastern Venezuelan Basin. I had performed reservoir characterization studies in clastic sediments, integration of geological, static and dynamic data for reservoir description. I possessed good skills interpreting and reviewing geological and reservoir production data, well log interpretation and correlation to produce subsurface stratigraphic and structural profiles, subsurface geological mapping (isochores, isoproperties, and pay zone, structural and facies maps), identification of by-passed oil zones in mature fields and proposed location for drilling development and exploration wells. Well suited core description ability, proficient handling of Stratworks and Microsoft software, basic knowledge of Seisworks 2D/3D and Zmap Plus, writing abilities, strategic planning for reservoir development and data acquisition, easy working among engineers, petrophysicists, geophysics and geologists.
