Solely responsible for managing a team of Quality Product Inspectors, Quality Specialists, and Quality Engineers in the assembly, functional test, flight test, and DD250 delivery of New and Modified Ch-47 Chinook Helicopters. Planned, implemented, and provided Quality Manager oversight for Start-up of BASC Maintenance and Modification Center. Developed and executed business plans and strategies to maintain and improve organizational and quality system performance for the C-17A program, Modification and Maintenance work scope, as well as actively applied Quality Systems, aircraft knowledge, decision making, ethical leadership, operational acumen, and Customer focus in program and project administration while leading and a QA team of 35 Aircraft Inspectors, Quality Engineers, Records, and Contract personnel in the accomplishment of common goals.

• Managed daily (IPT), Program Quality function responsibilities, which included inspection of aircraft O and I Level maintenance and modification tasks, HSC, ACI, MLG and Fuel Speedlines, Foreign military aircraft maintenance, Pre / post flight activities, and aircraft induction and delivery processes.

• Developed and implemented process flow and planning management documentation.

• Assisted in the facility preparation for the Texas Quality Award nomination process.

• Successfully achieved facility ISO 9001:2000 Certification.
