For the past five years I have been conducting Pre-Delivery Inspections and working in Customer Service – specific to Post PDI Deficiency work. Along with the knowledge in the new Condo Marketplace, I have over 6 years experience in Customer Service, Sales and working in construction.
I am knowledgeable of Tarion Warranty Guidelines, the Pre-Delivery Inspection process, Deficiency Reporting, Trade scheduling, basic handyman skills, and providing front line Customer Service.
