I have recently moved to Houston from Aberdeen, Scotland after living andnworking there for the past years.
Currently I employed within a German manufacturing company who produce downhole stator piping and rotors for land platforms located across the United States.
My position at present is a Quality Control Lead working on a 2nd shift from 3.30pm-12am, located in the west of Houston.
After doing research and finding out more about your company I would be extremely interested in seeing if there were any open positions to which I may be suited.

Currently working as a QC Lead for a German manufacturing company who have opened a facility in Houston.
The company manufactures downhole stator piping along with having a machine shop producing rotors/core pins.
Main duties include boroscope inspection, laser measuring and dimensional inspections.
Working as the lead QC working on 2nd shift.
2008 - 2010 (Rubber Atkins) (Aberdeen, Scotland, UK)
[Metal Preparation Technician]
Working for a metal/rubber manufacturing company based in Aberdeen. Working on 3 different shifts on a weekly basis from, 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm and 10pm to 6am.
Was responsible for running the metal preparation department on my specific shift and making sure orders/objectives were met on time and working closely with the shift manager and team leader.
Main duties included grinding metals, sandblasting, metal coating and working on metal moulds for entry into rubber moulding machines.

Working for disposables goods company within a warehouse shipping containers from Aberdeen, UK to offshore Oil Platforms located in the North Sea Sector.
Printing orders from various companies/locations to get ready for entry into containers, then to be ready to be collected and shipped to oil platforms. Deadlines were to be made and a daily inventory check was to be made on specific products within the warehouse.

Gained an apprenticeship within a car company based on the outskirts of Aberdeen.
Working within the goods in/out department of the company and taking stock of parts on the companies computer system.
Parts were manually checked when received and stored within the premises to be collected and worked on when mechanics had their specific orders.

[BOSIET 1 - Basic Offshore Survival Introduction to Emergency Training ]
Completed the Offshore Survival course needed for anyone to work in the North Sea Oil Sector on a platform/rig.
First Aid, Firefighting and an under water Helicopter evacuation were courses completed within the 4 day long course held at a training facility.
On completion of the course was registered within the sector and gained my card which is valid until 2014.
