I prepare the patient to be seen by the doctor by obtaining the patients vitals, chief complaint. I assist the physician with any surgical procedures. Draw blood and prepared it to send to the lab by center fusing and with the correct documents. Also I sterilize all instruments using the auto clave. I follow up on all diagnostic testing. Administer injection; I perform strep swabs, urinalysis ear lavage and urine HCG.

I prepare the patient to be seen by the doctor by obtaining the patients vitals, chief complaint, collect and prepare laboratory specimens or perform basic laboratory tests on the premises, dispose of contaminated supplies, and sterilize medical instruments, prepare and administer medications as directed by a physician, authorize drug refills as directed, telephone prescriptions to a pharmacy.
