As a production supervisor I was responsible for the safety of approximately 45 employees in a high speed packaging department. While overseeing this department I increased performance results by over 3.5% in 2009 versus 2008. My proudest accomplishment was that my shift had 0 recordable injuries in 2009.

As crew leader I was responsible for overseeing the daily production activities of approximately 100 employees in a union environment. As production control manager one of the things I accomplished was to Redefined the warehouse which established control of inventory by those personnel. In this position I oversaw a department consisting of five production lines with a total of approximately 75 hourly employees in a union environment.

As an hourly employee I operated a variety of automated and manually operated production machinery.
