Site Safety Officer / Temporary QC Manager responsible for ensuring project was implemented in compliance with all environmental safety and health laws and regulations. Conducted daily tailgate safety meetings, site safety inspections, and enforced all safety rules. Prepared and submitted daily contractor production reports and quality control reports. Conducted quality (QC) control meetings for navy client when (QC) manager was unavailable.

• Environmental Phase I Site Assessments, Various Locations, HI.

Performed Phase I ESAs on various properties; which included state land use designations of agricultural, undeveloped, commercial, and industrial.

• DOE, Diesel UST Removal from High School, Wahiawa, HI.

Site Manager / Site Health and Safety Officer responsible for ensuring project was implemented in compliance with all environmental safety and health laws and regulations. Prepared Site Health and Safety Plan and Work Plan. Prepared numerous health and safety plans for environmental projects throughout Hawaii. The plans included the responsibilities of field personnel, potential site hazards, hazardous materials or chemicals at the site, specifications for personal protective equipment, general first aid requirements, medical surveillance requirements, training requirements, air surveillance, decontamination procedures, and emergency response procedures.

• USAF Improved Family Housing Project, Japan. Responsible for updating the attribute table for the GPS Sample Location and Analytical Results Map, by analyzing lab results for lead concentrations per house. Attribute tables were updated periodically throughout the renovation phase of the project.
