Objective: My goal is to obtain a position where I can work on a team to showcase my talents and possibly have the opportunity to advance to a leadership position and future management. I have very strong organizational and problem solving skills and am very eager and ambitious.

Qualifications: I have 28 years experience in plastics and mold making; three years of experience in plastics vehicle build and basic skills of machinery including: operation of band saw; table saw; radial arm saw; panel saw; Bridgeport; base machine; and resin transfer pressure pot.

Work Experience:

September 1, 2010 – July 21, 2012 - Micco Modular Industrial Components (Assistant Plant Manager)

My responsibilities include:

Supervise and train 15 machinists and assemblers in the production of conveyors and guarding for the robotics industry (Bosch Products, Kuka, A123, Synetic, ABB, etc. companies). Conduct site visits and set ups at these companies. Oversee scheduling of overtime hours for the machinists. Work closely with engineers, sales staff and company owners.

May 10, 2010 – July 29, 2010 (Temporary Assembler Position) Canfield Equipment Services

My responsibilities included:

Assembled and installed interior and exterior components to utility vans and police cars.

2007 to 2008 - Astro-netics, Inc. (Plastic Shop Foreman)

My responsibilities included:

Foreman to 15 wood model makers and plastic technicians. Supervised and trained in assembly of foam and substrate injection molds; Quality assurance fixtures; Graphite laminations; Honeycomb build and construction; and Venus injection machine operations.

2001 to 2007 - Complete Prototype Services (Assistant Foreman)

My responsibilities included:

Foreman to 12 plastic mold makers and machinists. Supervised and trained in Plastic duplicate rim tools; Carbon fiber laminations; Glass encapsulation tools; Cold pour composite tools; and Epoxy blow mold.

1998 to 2001 - Wheel to Wheel (Plastic Shop Foreman)

My responsibilities included:

Shop Foreman and team leader to 25 mold maker and automotive paint technicians. Supervised and trained in Plastic vehicle build; Plastic lamination; Vacuum bagging parts; Graphic laminations; Plastic vehicle assembly and inspection of fascias; Ground effects; Assembly and mounting parts of interiors for concept and show vehicles (worked on numerous vehicles for celebrities and some were featured in autos shows and magazines); knowledge and experience in painting all parts; experience in fabrication of mounting brackets.

1995 to 1998 - Proto Craft, Inc. (Plastics Shop Leader – Supervisor of Plastics Shop)

My responsibilities included:

Supervised and trained 10 wood model makers and plastic technicians in Vacuum forming; Resin transfer molds; male and female laminations; Graphite laminations; Assembly of ABS duct work; and Center floor consoles.

My responsibilities included:

Assembly of foam and substrate injection molds; Quality assurance fixtures; Graphite laminations; Honeycomb build and construction; and Venus injection machine operations. I was also an active member of Patternmakers Union and acted as an Audit trustee and Union Steward.
