1. Isolation and identification of the industrially important microorganisms like Bacteria, Fungi and Actinomysis.
2. screening of the microorganisms for the production of enzymes (protease, amylase ,cellulase, pectinase, chitinase and lipase etc)
3. Production and purification of the enzymes.
4. Enzyme assay (protease, amylase ,cellulase, and lipase)
5. Study of stability properties of protein.
6. Fermentation and dawn stream processing of proteins
7. Quality analysis of Milk, food and Water.
8. Isolation, identification and screening of medically important and multi drug resistant Bacterial pathogen like Pseudomonas, E.coli staphylococci, streptococci, micrococcus, Bacillus cereus and clostridium.

Carried out 15 Days orientation training on various advanced Techniques in MEDICAL AND DIOGNOSTIC MICROBIOLOGY in JALMA-ICMR, AGRA, INDIA 2007.
Attended the 7days training program on MOLECULER BIOLOGY-DNA RECOMBINENT TECHNOLOGY in JIVAS Bangalore.

PROJECT WORK HANDLED:-
“Characterization of bacillus sp. Strains isolated from Rhizosphere of solanaciae plants for their use as potential plant growth promoting bacteria” in Ponalab (a Biocontrol lab), Mysore)
Project work involved: Isolation of Bacillus sps From Rhizosphere of Chili, Tomato, Bhendi and Brinjal, isolation of phytopathogens from root, leaf of Tomato, chili bhendi and brinjal.Study of antagonist activity of bacillus against various phytopathogens, is screening for plant growth promoting activity like indole acetic acid production, HCN production, phosphate solubalization, and hydrolytic activity.
“Isolation and screening Beta glucan producing Paenibacillus polymixa PNTR05 and Bacillus firmus 2637” in Ponalab (a Biocontrol lab) Mysore.
Project work involved: This study was conducted to develop a bacterial glucan as animal feed additive. A novel glucan-producing bacterium, Paenibacillus polymixa PNTR05 was isolated from soil sample of agriculture land and Bacillus firmus 2637 has been collected from NCIM. Screening of bacillus for glucan production. Fermentation and dawn stream processing, Purification and stabilizations.
“Microbiological quality of Milk” of rural and urban area of Gulbarga District .in Gulbarga University, Gulbarga.
This project is aimed to find the presence of Bacterial pathogens in milk. Collecting milk sample from the milk maid as well as the markedly available milk, Isolation and identification of the bacteria from milk. Processing of the milk for checking its quality and analysis pathogens presence like E.coli, staphylococcus, streptococcus, pseudomonas aurogenosa, salmonella, shigella , Bacillus cereus, clostridium &Candida species .
