PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
2008-Present—Member Services Representative, PIAM, Tallahassee, Florida.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Writer of membership prospectus and recruitment correspondence; top representative in membership recruitment for the twenty associations being managed; handling of monetary transactions and entry of those transactions; communicating and interacting with board members and clients on a daily basis; marketing and creating E-blasts; granting the highest level of customer service to all client demands.
2004-2008—Manager, Aloha, Tallahassee, Florida.
Recruited, trained and supervised 8 employees over the past four years with an extremely high employee retention rate. Handled monetary transactions and marketed both on and off the job leading to 20% more products and services sold than in years prior. Responsible for filing all financial records including taxes each year. Provided a level of hospitality which lead to excellent customer retention.
2003-2007—Office Assistant (FT/PT), Anthony Associates, Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Assisted Office Manager in coordinating all marketing efforts which included: monthly mailings, media, and media contacts. Also have a total of 7 years volunteer experience including Walk for Wishes, American Cancer Society, as well as assisting children with character-building and mentoring through Big Brother Big Sisters.
