While continually working in multi-million dollar corporations in Information Systems, I achieved twelve years of experience in installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of networks, servers, applications, and PC hardware and peripherals. I have twelve years of experience in Solutions Development, training (end-user and technicians), purchasing hardware, software and peripherals from the
recommendation to procurement stages and the creation, implementation and testing of Disaster Recovery and Security policies and
procedures.
In my past positions as a desktop and network engineer, I gained seven years of experience in procurement, installation, configuration and
maintenance, planning and implementation of large scale desktop rollouts using imaging and active directory, router and protocol configuration and troubleshooting, hardware and software build testing, backup management and environmental optimization.
In my three most recent positions I gained experience as a Solutions Architect and Project Manager, engineering and implementing
network environments, Research & Development, RFP, budgets and cost analysis, rollout phase planning, PMO and management presentation and reporting, implementation and testing of server & desktop solutions and documentation of legacy and final environments.

Environment: ProCurve Networking division of HP. 3000+ Employees. Four branch offices with corporate headquarters in Roseville.
Reported to the Operations Manager.
Projects: Telecommute – Integration Project Manager reporting into Mergers and Acquisitions and Operations PMOs. Integrated
licensing portals and license acquisition generator from external data center into HP-IT internal data centers while simultaneously
integrating 3COM licensing generators into the ProCurve online portal. Extensive work in infrastructure development and acquisition,
schedule and timing coordination, Move to Production activity planning and management of application team developers and architects.
Laval, QC – Assumed responsibilities for local Lab network engineering and day to day support. Managed backup solutions, Virtual
machine creation and maintenance, SAN expansion, monitoring and redundancy. Assisted Laval staff in assimilating to new corporate
environment.
Roseville, CA – Infrastructure Project Manager reporting into the Mergers and Acquisitions PMO. Consolidated two data centers in
Waltham, MA and Laval, QC. Determined capacity abilities of Roseville resources, architected new data center solution including local
servers, switches, local risk firewall/security, racks, UPS, Backup strategies, VM Capacity, naming conventions and SAN capacity and
expansion. Arranged for disposal of legacy equipment and shut down of local offices. Performed cost analysis of solutions, and
maintained sectional budget including cost center allocations. Weekly status reporting, management solution presentations and
documentation of legacy and new environments.

Environment: On-site computer Service Company servicing all of Yuba and Sutter Counties. 500+ Clients with environments varying
from one to 60 users. Lead team of four I.T. Technicians and two Administrative positions. Reported to the President
Projects: Lead team of four technicians in multi-location rollouts including workstation builds and imaging. Managed all aspects of
server and workstation support, infrastructure engineering and deployment. Project management for over 150 projects including new
environment rollouts, legacy upgrades, workstation redesign and deployment, network backups, redundant systems, infrastructure
upgrades including network equipment, desktop maintenance plans, wiring and remote maintenance solutions. Full support for service
level agreements and business administration. Using third party tools, managed all aspects of network administration and engineering at

Environment: 104 in-house users, 50+ remote access clients with 6 branch offices. WAN connections between all offices.
Approximately 19 Compaq and Dell servers with Windows NT 4 infrastructure, Win98 Desktops, Win2K laptops. Single Domain
infrastructure with Exchange and several SQL servers. Independent development lab with 20+ servers using Windows NT 4, Windows
2000, Sun Solaris, and Linux. Lead team of three I.T. Technicians. Reported to the I.T. Director.
Projects: Lead four person team for 150 client desktop rollout. Performed NT4 to Win 2k server upgrades; Designed and deployed
Active Directory. Using group policies, created and implemented Disaster Recovery, Backup and Security policies. Built and maintained
