Career Accomplishments:
2009-2011: De Montrond Auto Group: We were able to make the Kia franchise a top 5 store in the Houston market after it had been an afterthought in the company for over 10 years. Kia accounted for over 20 % of the total gross monthly at a location with 8 other franchises including Used under my leadership. We surpassed 100,000.00 total gross mark monthly. The Kia brand is now the volume leader in the group as well as one of the most valued brands. We also maintained a top 300 CSI score in the Nation and maintained a Platnium level sales staff and averaged over 3000.00 per copy.
2008-2009: Managed Barrett Bros. and trained the dealers sons to manage and make the dealership profitable. Was the top Non-Metro Kia franchise in the Houston district under my management. Earned over 3000.00 average per copy on new and over 3500.00 on used. We were also able to turn the Buick-GMC franchise into an attractive point that the family was able to sell for a substantial profit.
2006-2008: Managed the Sales and Finance departments for Mazda as well as Kia and Used and was one of the top 3 Kia franchises and top 4 Mazda franchises in Houston during my tenure. Sold and delivered over 200 combined units and earned over 4000,000.00 in gross sales several months while maintaining excellent CSI scores several months.
2004-2006: Was a highly successful, 20 plus car per month, sales person after relocating here from Cleveland OH. Helped train new sales associates, as requested by managers, and close deals for "Green Peas". Helped several Desk Managers as well as Finance personnel with leasing pencils and contracts due to my vast leasing experience in Ohio.
2001-2004: Sales Manager as well as Finance Manager for a large dealer group and was the New Car Manager for the top Volume Toyota dealer in Ohio. Turned a Buick-Pontiac-GMC dealership that was losing money monthly into a market leader in Cleveland OH. Was the New Car Manager for the number 2 Chevrolet dealer in the Cleveland Market.
1997-2001: I was the Chrysler-Jeep manager for Brunswick Auto Mart. When Mr. Panteck purchased the dealership it was losing money. Our management team turned it into the number 2 Chrysler and number 4 Jeep dealer in the nation as well as the number 3 Toyota dealership in Ohio in under 2 years. Our overall volume exceeded 900 units per month.
