As a collector of federal stafford loads, I had to use my initiative to recover loans from over 200+ accounts in a month. Successful resolution required negotiation with the borrowers as well as detailed knowledge of the rehabilitation and consolidation programs.

Determined eligibility for subsidized childcare services on a case by case basis, taking into account family demographics and income for the over 600 Hamilton County families assigned to my caseload. My responsibilities included providing timely customer services to families though phone calls and face-to-face interviews, as well as conducting extensive background checks to determine eligibility.
