• Worked as interpreter, translator, and MOM taker.

• Used Excel & MS project database to establish, assign, and supervise a team to design, develop, test, and produce a database based on WBS for the internal documentation and P&ID interpretations for the daily project progress and planning and scheduling for the company pipeline project based on Critical Path Method (CPM).

• Established the piping database for the Borzouyeh’s Bible.

• Attended the meetings as the rep of Inspection and project control team with the client (British Petroleum as the MC) & the contractors.

Total Training Manager 2000-2002 Asaluyeh, Iran

Phases 2 & 3 was Developed by a consortium consisting of Total (France), Petronas (Malaysia) & GasProm (Russia).

• Worked as interpreter, translator, and MOM taker.

• Managed & supported 250 trainees in two Language training centers. Was responsible for procurement, class schedules, planning, on-job- training courses, details and tasks (French Total Oil & Gas Company as the top management for the project).

• Implemented the ABC training courses in documentation and reports (Oral/ Written Communication) for new trainees increasing their performance and time management.
